Forum is small but efficient. At 10:00 on 5/24/2020 Forum returned from watching Gov Cab to work on their bill. The bill is about banning circus animals. They talked about the purpose and why behind the bill. They looked at other examples and then wrote theirs. They focused on animal abuse and the tragedies surrounding them. They looked at the safety precautions other states were using as well as even the safety of humans around certain animals. It was clear that they had done a lot of research especially the statistics and history they were able to provide. This bill could make some real change and it will be exciting to see the final product.
